Once you’re ready to check out, start by going to your cart. This is where you’ll enter your address and choose your delivery window. After this step, you can add your payment information. (At this time no gift cards or government benefits.)
Yes, there is a service fee of $2.00. This fee is applied to your order at the time it’s placed. Orders place on boats or planes will incur an additionally fee, based on the carrier charges.
For weighted items, such as produce, meat and seafood, our associates will choose the items that most closely match what you’ve ordered, down to the weight or count.

Quality is our top priority. Rest assured that Delivery associates will hand-select produce, meat and seafood items with great care.

You can cancel an existing order at any point prior to receiving an email stating that your order is processing. To cancel, visit My Account page and click ORDERS from the menu on the left to cancel the order. 

Log in to your digital account and visit “Orders” to review your purchase history.

Try checking your junk or spam email folders. They can sometimes end up here by mistake. Search your junk folder and mark these as not spam. Still can’t find your emails? Call us at 1-284-441-0407.

You don’t have to be home to receive your orders! We’ll just leave it on your doorstep for you.

No, a digital account is not required to place an order, you may check out as guest. However, if you place an order as a Guest it will not appear under Recent Orders when you are logged into your digital account.

If the status of your order is ON HOLD, then you can cancel the order. You can do so at My Account page. If you need further assistance please call 1-284-441-0407.

No, you are not able to edit your order after it has been placed.

After placing your order, you'll get a confirmation order number. If you were logged into your digital account when you placed the order, you will also receive an email confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order.
